On the 18th April 2015 a high international recognition was bestowed to Prof. George Popper - Prime Minister of the Government of KMFAP (Federation of the Autonomous Priories of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta) and President of the IBSSA (International Bodyguard and Security Services Association).

The American University “Academy of Universal Global Peace” awarded Prof. George Popper with the degree of “Doctor of International Diplomacy” Honoris Causa, by recognizing his outstanding international work.
